The last week of July was a BIG one for the stunt community!!!
Stunts Unlimited member Regis Harrington threw a SAG-AFTRA strike rally at his shop, Covert Camera Vehicles, where fellow SU member Mike Massa did a fire burn that was felt around the world!!!
Then a few days later SAG-AFTRA stunt professionals took to the streets on July 27, 2023 to protest the AMPTP contract and show solidarity with WAG members, also striking against the contract offered them by the AMPTP.
Stunts Unlimited member Jalil Jay Lynch led approximately 60 motorcycle riders on a moving picket line past 11 studios, the SAG-AFTRA offices and Mann’s Chinese theatre!
Additionally there were well over 100 strikers from the stunt community on the picket line at Warner Brothers Studios in Burbank.
It was an amazing day, not only did we fight for a fair contract, we also came together as a community and you know, we ALWAYS have a good time when we get together!!!
